As you can see Brendan and the twins were all together for the big night. Trey was Elmo, Jake is the bee, and Brendan is the doctor. He appears to be a vet as he checks the bee's antennae and consults with Elmo about something.

And where is Auntee Alice's cut of the candy???
The Good Doctor is also consulting the medical dictionary to see about the Bee's antennae. Elmo wasn't sure what to do, since he is of the Monster species and not an insect.
